Where are you based?

We are based out of and ship from NYC!

 

How quickly will you ship my order?

Depending on what time your order is placed orders can be shipped out same day. Otherwise, orders are typically shipped within 24 hoursThere will be a notice in our top banner if shipping is delayed for any reason. 

 

I'm sending a gift. What are my options?

Our coaster gift sets come packaged in our signature reusable SippingTHIS pouches. We can add a personalized gift card and gift wrap other items such as our single coaster sets, apparel, etc. for FREE for you too. When you check out, be sure to leave a gift note for us to include (ex: Happy Birthday Melissa! Cheers, Laura). Please remember to double check that the shipping address is correct if you're shipping directly to the giftee.

I need to change something on my order, how can I do that?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us immediately at laura@sippingthis.com. Once we have shipped your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please note we typically ship within 24 hours of receiving an order.

  

What if my product is damaged or defective?

We are proud to say that we have never received a complaint regarding a damaged or defective product. If you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item, please email laura@sippingthis.com an image of the item and we will help you exchange or return the item. Please do not forget to include full name, order number and item number for our reference.
